- Minimum order is $ 200 ; reorder $ 300
- we have some pieces in stock but most are made to order. Please allow us 4-6 weeks lead time.
Pricing
- The wholesale prices listed in this site apply to stocking retailers only.
Payment
- Prepayment of orders is required before we ship them out. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or company check. Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepay by check, allow two weeks for check clearance.
- Prepayment must include freight charge.
Shipping
- Shipping is by UPS ground unless you request other method.
Return / Claims
- Our product is handcrafted. There may be some slight variation in color, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws.
- Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. All claims must be submitted in writing within sevendays of receipt.
- No return will be accepted without studio's authorization.
- All cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by studio.
